John Barravecchia

Mr. Barravecchia has over 30 years of experience in business and finance. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of telemedicine company Stat Health Services Inc. from 2011 through to the sale of the company in 2016. He was the former Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer for General Electric-Franchise Finance from 2001 to 2008, and previously was part of the team that took Franchise Finance Corporation of America from a startup to a NYSE listed publicly traded company in 1994 through its sale to GE Capital in 2001.

Adam Draizin

Mr. Draizin is an entrepreneur/investor who co-founded American Traffic Solutions (ATS), the leading provider of photo enforcement solutions for red light and speed enforcement in the US & Canada. It was sold to Platinum Equity in 2017 (now Verra Mobility NASDAQ: VRRM). He led their fleet services division and also served as Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2010. Prior to joining ATS, Mr. Draizin led RAD Energy Corporation as Chief Executive Officer, worked as a senior advisor to British Petroleum’s U.S. Fuels Division President, and served as an investment banking analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Company. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis.

George Odden

Mr. Odden is a partner at Ardent Advisory Group, providing client services, primarily related to M&A. He started his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy , and began his professional career on Wall Street with Dillon Read, followed by positions at UBS, KPMG, and Houlihan Lokey. With a career focus on M&A, Mr. Odden led the M&A efforts of two Fortune 500 companies, Rockwell International and Honeywell Aerospace, working to grow these businesses through acquisition and joint venture. In 2015, he joined a boutique investment bank where he helped operators reach strategic goals through majority sales, financing activities, or minority equity infusions. Mr. Odden joined his current business partner, Jordan Geotas, in founding the Ardent Advisory Group in 2021. He earned a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Art Smuck

Mr. Smuck is an executive with over 30 years of experience across a variety of companies of varying growth stages. He has a proven track record of delivering high performance results in supply chain and logistics, distribution, high growth strategy development, and organization execution. From 2019 through 2021 he served as Chief Operating Officer at HERBL Solutions, one of California’s leading cannabis distribution and supply chain solutions companies, servicing more than 850 storefront and non-storefront retail licensees. Prior to HERBL he served as president and CEO of FedEx Supply Chain, a subsidiary of FedEx focused on supply chain and third-party logistics overseeing a team of 18,000 people.

Tim Conder

Mr. Conder is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blackbird, a cannabis software and services company and previously served as TILT’s President and Chief Operating Officer.

Since founding Blackbird in 2015, Mr. Conder has overseen the growth of Blackbird's software business across North America and has built the company's transportation services business in California and Nevada. Under Mr. Conder’s leadership, Blackbird has efficiently navigated the complex regulatory process necessary to obtain five cannabis distribution licenses while simultaneously integrating multiple acquired assets into its software platform and operations. Blackbird currently services hundreds of cannabis brands and retailers. Since its inception, Blackbird has transacted and transported over a billion dollars worth of cannabis products on behalf of its clients.
